Resolved [Beta 1.6.0] Smithing actions blocked due to prior selection of smith order

Summary:
If you select to forge an order with a character A and then switch to the refine menu, any companion, e.g. character B, that does not meet the skill requirements for the previously selected weapon is also unable to be selected for any refining. You need to select either an order that the character B can fulfill or swich back to forging and select Free Build before being able to select an action for the refining menu.
How to Reproduce:
Have a character with decent smith skill and at least one companion with a low smith skill in company. Select an item from the Order list in the Forge menu, then switch to the Refine menu. Then try to select the companion with the low smith skill. The companion with be "greyed out" with the info that the hero cannot craft the item. Which is true, but since you are in the Refine menu, this shouldn't matter and the hero should be selectable for refining.

I've been informed that this issue is not a bug but an intended design choice. When an order is selected the companion change is not avaliable.
