In Progress [Beta 1.6.0] Less money for selling prisoners than it should be

Summary: When you sell prisoners in towns, you receive less money than it is shown in the menu. Even with Rougery 162 and perks for better dealing with Ransom broker, the bug is still present and I still receive less money than I should.
How to Reproduce: Try selling your prisoners to the ransom broker (I always do it through menu "Sell all prisoners"). Compare the sum of money which you should get and the actual sum you receive after selling the prisoners.
