Resolved [Beta 1.6.0] Incomplete Tradehints in tavern

Summary:
When visiting the tavern of Pen Cannoc I got numbers instead of trade good names when asking citizens (for trade hints).
How to Reproduce:
Happened within the first 10 or 15 days of the sandbox game. Didn't happen after... didn't ask around much again after either. When I tried, I got tradegood names as expected.
