Resolved [Beta 1.6.0] Besieging Lageta, Soldiers not climbing siege towers or ladders

Summary: Soldiers will wait at the base of the siege tower and climb slowly up one at a time or not at all. Understand that this is somewhat of an ongoing issue.
How to Reproduce: Build a siege tower in Lageta. Similar bug happens with ladders as well in other sieges.
