Resolved Beta 1.4.3 Villages not providing settlement healing bonus when waiting

When hovering over the healing icon in the bottom when in the first village menu you will see it says it will give the +10 settlement bonus PIC. When you actually hit wait here for some time and then check the healing icon, the +10 settlement bonus is gone PIC.

I went to multiple villages in sturgia and it was the same for each. I went to castles and towns and the settlement bonus was still there, so it must just be an issue with villages.

Perhaps that is intended? That villages perhaps do not have the best tools and such to heal people?

Either way it needs to be fixed, if the +10 bonus isnt intended then it needs to be removed from the initial menu screen. If it is meant then it needs to be added to the waiting screen. No idea on if its impacting the actually healing rate or not.
