Resolved [Beta 1.1.0] -2147483648 relationship after saving lord from captivity (Negative relationship gain problem)

Summary: Sometimes, under some unknown conditions, you may gain -2147483648 relationship with the lord or lady, when saving them from captivity. This instantly drops your relationship with their clan from any rate to -100.
How to Reproduce: As I mentioned above, I cannot really tell the reason for this. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. I'll leave to your QA team to figure that out, because it looks like a variable problem in the game's code or something.

When can we expect the next patch? This bug greatly spoils my first and long passage. I don't want to continue because of it.
