Best weapons: where and how?

Crossbows take longer to load, but are quicker to fire once loaded. The bow can put more metal in the air, but doesn't usually hit as hard as a crossbow.

Horses allow you to move while reloading a crossbow, which is handy.

Try the war-sword, about the same but faster.

The best weapon along with a helmet is found under a small bridge in Thir. Now its not on the first small bridge at the entrance. Its the one to
the left of the first bridge and its in a chest underwater. It is a samuria sword. But you need 11 strength.

The balanced matzoukion (cavalry mace) in Battle for Sicily is merciless - over 30 blunt damage and not as slow as a sledgehammer or maul.  And the Earl of Zendar's sword in Calradia at War is a killer.  Gotta buy 'e or earn 'em.

the best 2h is the "strange" sword found in tiehr somewhere Buuuut idont want to ruin the fun...it has 38 damage and its quite fast.

I seem to aim more when firing the crossbow, since I know it'll take a while to reload. But that's just a physcological thing.
