I'd say Mosin Nagant. I have never shot one myself but based on it's good reputation for good accuracy, I'd pick that for the poll. Karabiner 98K is my second choice, because it is German and Germans have made awesome hardwares. I don't think Arisaka on the list, no one voted for it, I think it probably is ineffective compared to the other ones.

Mosin Nagant definitely, want to get one when I'm older, also want an M1 Garand, theres a shop selling them for 1000 euro but obviously a 15 year old doesn't have that kind of money and cant buy a gun

Regarding Simo Häyhä, he could as well be just propaganda, since he had no spotter to verify his kills, right?

well yeah, but other armies didn't mount entire CAMPAIGNS to kill them, did they. Nor did those snipers SURVIVE getting shot in the head, resutling in the guys who found him saying that he had "half his head missing". Oh yeah, and did i mention that he KILLED the guy that shot him in the head, after getting hit? He woke up a week later, on the same day as the Winter War ended. Simo Hayha wins at fighting.

Also, no one, from any nationality, has more sniper kills than Simo Hayha.

Best for what? There's no universal "best". Different sniper rifles are optimized for different situations and ranges.
