Best mod for spears?

What mod would you recommend to improve spears in Bannerlord? I'm worried that they're out of date and won't work with new changes like the throwable pila we have now.

Best mod for everything singleplayer combat is Realistic Battle Mod in my opinion. You will very much love Pila.
