1. No horse because Rhodoks is the best faction.
2. Depends, but it's Charger or SWH like 90% of the time.

same as everyone -Charger/SWH

Heavy one is the best in my book thanks to good price/stats ratio. I eventually buy Spirited when $ are not an issue at all tho.
Steppe charger is biggest disapointment, a lot of  endurance sold for slightly better manuvers.
Honorable mention- Saddle Horse - pretty good overall (for price and skill req.)
