But as a group I would say well armoured longbowmen. Sexy.

nah, 17th century officers look way more extravagant than all of these.

silk and velvet lined waistcoat? a really expensive overcoat?
look at those fabulous leather boots! they're just fierce.
and their gold trimmed tricorne is also nicer than any other hat.

their outfits weren't regulated so they didn't all look the same, either.
all tailored specifically

and these are just the british. no offense, of course, but the french and german officers looked much nicer.

I was expecting the guy with the hat to carry around a large white and pink parasol instead of a gun.

I vote for the Roman Standard Bearer as one of the best dressed warriors of all time. The man wears a freaking bear skin that has to go for something

Best dressed Warrior? Shouldn't the question be meanest/most vicious looking soldier, or are we literally looking for the snappiest dressers?

I don't know, there's a sort of pleasantness to the uniformity, and a comfort to the functionality that appeals to me. But I agree there are better-dressed warriors.
