In the game series he is from Lu Bu is the guy you don't want to bump into early on if you can avoid it. He is a twat ofc by that standard, being overpowered and all.
As for his headpiece..I remember sub-officers carried the same kind of headpiece in DW3 but I am unsure if the headpiece is historical or not.
