Best 2 hander weapon with the longest reach

Hey everyone. I remember watching a youtube video from 2 years ago about a guy in Mount and Blade using a halberd I think. He was owning all the horses while walking around and using his long reach to kill them. I am curious if anyone knows what the best damage/reach weapon there is in the game. Thank you.

Ok I think you're right about the poleaxe. Reach of 180. 37cutting damage. So you swing the thing 2 handed but no shield allowed. That would cut down horses from range. Wonder if theres a balanced/tempered/masterwork poleaxe in native?

Balanced, Shortened Military Scythe done the job for me when I got my AGI and 2H stats up to a decent level.

A good weapon for the "production line" slaughter on besieged battlements!

Here's what you do:

1: Download The Eagle and The Radiant Cross mod.(It's in the cartographer's guild.)
2: Make a file on it.
3: Kill Sergeant Hershey and his super-peasants.
4: take Hershey's sword, Fafniel.

You now have the greatest great sword in all M&B mods.

Hehe, on Sword of Damocles, when defending a castle, I prefer the "2handed morningstar" -That's one baddass weapon.

ok thanks for the help. Is there such a weapon like a huge 2 handed schimitar i am not aware of? My new fav weapon is that fast slash and hack schimitar (only like 300 in the game too).

I have actually tried to polaxe, like a really good one in the game. I think balanced polaxes exist in the game. I love this weapon on the battlefield but during sieges, I can't kill anyone around me cause they r too close to me.

It's not a two hander but a polearm. It however owns like crazy against everything on my Rhodok character, the Glaive.

Ya on horse it is only allowed to be used by thrust. When you dismount you can swing it. (The reach is amazing)

I dunno, about standard 2-handed sword stats. I don't normally use it. Besides, it's a modded weapon anyway, you can just put whatever stats you want on it.

In the game I have been looking for the military scythe but for some reason i checked about 8 or 10 cities so far and havn't gotten lucky in finding one. After 2 years of playing and beating the game my favorite items were plate armor plate legs the head armor with the cross i think in yellow, the balanced 2handed battle axe, masterwork bow or whatever it is called, and 2 large bags of kherit arrows, and heavy charger. I was lvl 35 or something when i beat the game the first time with these items. I practicly never died in siege or non-siege battles. I prefer 2 handers than a shield and 1 hander cause of the extra bag of arrows and the reach and damage of the 2 hander i have.

That's because it's not for sale in vanilla Native. If you're very, very lucky, a defeated lord may drop his.

fidlesticks! I've used a balanced shortened military scythe with great success in Native. And no units in Native use it, so you can't have it as a drop. Antarian veteran infantry in Sword of Damocles use it. It's my favorite melee weapon after the bastard sword
