The moderation team has decided that the "List Threads", threads in which certain members decide to rate other people in the community, have run their course. We feel they've strayed from their original path of discussing and acknowledging the most skillful in our community and became a tool for antagonizing people. What I mean is, it got salty. Supersaturated even. And thus, the moderation team is going to lock such threads for the foreseeable future.
