Just found it curious. No conclusions on it. He was a guy worked for Lockheat and apparently came up with the black coating idea for the stealth bomber. (I am pretty edgy on the facts here and just thought I'd copy paste this from a German article I was looking at which claimed that it was suspected the government has been attempting to back engineer alien technology for several years.)
The fuss all came about when he said this:
Ben Rich, stated during a 1993, Alumni Speech at UCLA,
"We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an Act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity...Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do."
