Being on a defeated realm?

I think it's possible to do, but I've personally never tried it to see what may happen, but has anyone ever been a part of a kingdom that's getting destroyed, and actually lose all of your kingdom's fiefs?

I think all who have played Swadia have had this.

So far as player remains in that faction, it can not be destroyed. If you manage to capture castle or city, all lords and king will spawn inside within few days. But it is difficult situation. You have no control over war and peace. There can be months without war. And if you manage to capture something, you are nearly guaranteed to face large enemy marshal army in few days.
