Resolved Being made a prisoner despite winning battle

I joined an army, which led to a battle, I/we won convincingly.

Immediately after taking prisoners and collecting loot, my character had become a prisoner and was taken away by the defeated army.

I had a save prepped before the battle. So I re-loaded and tried again. This time they got thrashed. And again my character was made a prisoner.

The next load I just tagged along with the army and didn't join it. There were no problems at that thrashing and my character walked free.

So there's a bug.

What is the version of the game you are playing currently? (1.4.2 or 1.4.3)
Are there any modifications that you have installed in this session? If so, can you list them?
Do you still have the save file of this session?

My version is 1.4.3.

No mods. I my have the save, not 100% certain. Will check.

Sorry I don't have the save anymore. Next time I'll create a progressive save to capture pre-bug conditions
