Due to previous unfounded attacks on the admins we are prepared to react more strongly to disrespect towards the Administration if this should happen again.

There shall be no hesitation to issue appropriate consequences at our discretion, if certain boundaries are crossed. I want to stress that testing these boundaries is a most certainly bad idea. Please consider whether what you are about to post is honest criticism or rather veiled or unveiled insults, in which case you should reconsider the wording completely.

Appeal

[VW][T]Sir Lee got initially suspended. After due consideration of the facts presented, the Administration decides to lower the punishment in this case to a warning since this player is clearly new and he misplaced the tag in an effort to oblige to the ruleset. We consider this a mitigating factor which outweighs the need for a suspension. The player is therefore warned for breaking T§15.

Warning: Hairless, Pacemaker, Inspire

Hairless, Inspire and Pacemaker abused a glitch which enables to strike after the round ends. We will include this glitch now into the appendix since it can be used for illegitimate money gaining and are therefore warned.

As I have been shown conclusive evidence that there was no malicious intent and there are multiple bugs at once in play, I am retracting these warnings immediately.

This is the first time a ruling in this case has been made. Any further abuse regarding money glitches which can be proven like this will be resulting in suspensions. We will add the specific glitch to the appendix, since the administration was able to reproduce it.
Gold gaining after round end as of now shall be forbidden, the Administration will investige the entire matter and come back with a conclusive statement.


Ban: Varadin

Varadin used a modification which altered his crosshair and added a red dot in the middle of the screen. Since this can give an advantage, it is considered as breaking T§2 and Varadin is therefore suspended for the rest of the tournament.


Score Adjustment: Destiny Masters vs Risen Manifest

Due to the facts surrounding the match Destiny Masters vs Risen Manifest, the match shall be counted as defaulted to RM. The rounds in which the player was shown to be cheating will be defaulted, as Varadin was playing the entire match, this is the case for all rounds. [cf. T§ 2(3)]

1or3 openly admitted to using the modification which Varadin used as well and spread instructions on how to modify the game openly across multiple discords. He is therefore suspended for 3 matches for breaking T§2.

The Administration has decided to lower the punishment given to Varadin to a 3-matches-suspension based on the Appeal which Destiny Masters issued.

Inspire is warned for killing after round end. This is henceforth forbidden and shall be counted as glitch. The appendix will be updated.

As Risen Manifest went forward and claimed the Default Win owed to them according to §2(3) and communicated this to the Administration, this ruling shall stand.

[VW][V]Blayed played one set although he was not on the roster and roster changes were closed
They are therefore suspended for three matches for breaking the following rule:

§ 10 Transfers
(5) No roster changes are allowed for the Final/promotion matches.

In addition the rounds in which Blayde played would be forfeited, since those rounds were lost anyway the score remains unchanged.

§ 8 Team Rosters
(2) Should a player not be on a roster and play for a team, then, that team must immediately provide the admins with a copy of the History.json file from any player that played in the match. The severity of the rule break will be determined according to the facts.
