Warning: Rokoszanie [DraKe, Tatus, Meister_Adam, Tytus, Sierzant]

Players of Rokoszanie [Drake, Tatus, Meister_Adam, Tytus, Sierzant] didn't adhere to the tag rule in matches on the group stage in Group A. Since Rokoszanie is disqualified, we will not impose any sanctions, but issue an official warning that any further infringements on this rule (in the next tournament) will be punished accordingly by suspending the players not adhering to the tag ruling for at least one match. '

Warning: East End Elite [collective]

East End Elite didn't use any tag or clear player names to distinguish themselves from any public player in the match. Since the game cannot be administered like it was possible in Warband yet, it is needed for players to actually adhere to this rule to get a good idea who is actually playing.
Since East End Elite did not use any tags at all or clear player names, the entire team is collectively warned. The next infringement will be punished by a suspension of any player not adhering to the tag rule for at least one match.

Furthermore a player with an incosistent name (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA) has played in all sets. This is not a name and this person was not on their roster. Since we can not add a player with this name for obvious reasons, all rounds are auto-forfeit until East End Elite has provided an explanation deemed sufficient by the administration staff. East End Elite is required to enter this player with a valid name into their roster and explain themselves, if this infringement on the rules is repeated, the consequences will be more severe.

Score Adjustment: GrandTURK vs Hawkband & XIIIth Tagma

Rafkin of Hawkband & XIIIth Tagma spawned as the 3rd player of a restricted class.

The admins accept that this was a mistake and that Rafkin tried to mitigate the issue by apologising and dropping the crossbow. The video shows that there would have been very little possible opportunity for the crossbow to have had any impact on the outcome of the round.
However the rule is clear, the infraction is breaking the class restriction and not what is done with the illicit weapon. For this reason the score for that round will be reversed and teh score for that map will therefore be 2-1 to Hawkband & XIIIth Tagma.

Warning: Arni

During their match against aD on 20/6/20 EEE had a player not on their roster AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. They claimed this was their player Arni, on the roster as деформированный.
However investigation revelaed that there were 2 different steam ids for the two players.

The admins accept that the player was Arni, this contravenes several rules.

§ 6 Player Specifications

(1) Each team member may be listed by one name only in the team roster.
(2) Name changes during the tournament are forbidden.
(3) Any Steam ID listed to a player in a team roster must be unique to that player. Using a Steam ID that has been used by any other player at any point is forbidden.
(4) Each player may use only one Steam ID for the tournament.

As a result Arni will receive a general warning, any further infringement will be dealt with severely

The player Hanse of House Rolf played without tag in the match v Keyboard Warriors. The tournament staff issued a warning that the next infringement on this rule will result in a suspension. He is therefore suspended for one match based on §12 (2).

Baldwin is entered in Ullrs-Bane Roster with this ID, however he played with the name Jesse in the match Imperium Polskie v Ullrs-Bane even though there was no request to change names. He is therefore warned based on §12(1) since the offense took place before the tounrmant administration issued the official warning that the next infringement on §12 will result in a suspension.

Score Adjustment: Armia Koronna v. Black Team

An AK Player spawned as the 3rd player of a restricted class (cavalry) in the last round of the third set. AK wins the last round but breaks the class restrictions, therefore the score of the match is adjusted.
Although this mistake is easily made, the rule is clear, the infraction is breaking the class restriction and not whether it has an impact on play. The score for that map will be adjusted to Armia Koronna 2 - 1 Black Team.

Even though the team is now out of the tournament the suspension is noted as ongoing and we hope admins of the next tourney will observe it.
