Battle size!!!

i have a question, to which you have an answer.Bout the battlechanger, does it apply to other warparties and armies or both to me and my enemies? Like can i have more than 50 units in my army, because ive seen freaking refugees with like 60-68 people running around like lost autistic kids....

Only thing it changes is how many units will enter the battle simultaneously, not the amount of troops you can have
