Greetings!
In order to bring forth the next Shot and Shell update in a sense of grandeur, a large event is being held wherein any regiment is invited to attend. The tone is casual, with minimal rules being set forth. The purpose of the event is to test a few concepts with large amounts of people, to present the mod in its grandeur to various peoples, and to provide a rally point for the Shot and Shell community.
The event will take place at 6:00 PM Central Time on Friday the 28th of February (next Friday). It is recommended you hop on the server a little earlier than the event start.
Rules
While we are keeping the rules to a minimum, a few basic things need to be established.
- Ramboing will not be tolerated.
- Regiments must fight in lines.
- Crouching is allowed if you are not engaged, or if you want to fight in two ranks (first rank can crouch).
- All regiments are line infantry unless specified otherwise.
Application
All regiments are encouraged to attend, and simply need to submit simple information in this thread or through PM.
