As of 1.6.5 the newly introduced (battle) crowns are not available anymore. Did the requirements change for them to appear? In a game started in 1.6.4 beta you could still buy them without any prerequisites that had to be met as far as I remember.
By the way was the Battanian crown only intended for combat? It looks like the most civilian crown, besides the newly introduced Khuzait crown.
