Need More Info BatlEye install crash

Can someone help me please, i can join singleplayer but i can't open mutliplayer.
16:02:44: Installing BattlEye Service...
16:02:45: Failed to install BattlEye Service (4, 5).
how can i fix this problem?
I did a steam verification
i updated graphic card drivers (nvidia)


I could enter it before, I transferred the game to the other disk for a while, when I try to transfer it to the main disk again, I get such an error.

i updated windows to ver.2002, The problem persists, I guess the problem is not related to the game, when I try to enter the game called hyperscape, I get the same problem.
i watched most videos on youtube about this problem, i guess the only solution is to reset the disk.
