Basic Question - Can I form a Player Kingdom?

Native Expansion has spoiled me to forming my own player Kingdom, with recruitable lords and custom kingdom color and buildings. So my question is simply this, can I form a player Kingdom with this mod?

no, but i'm guessing a quest chain that will lead to the player forming his own kingdom, complete with faction troops and lords might be available if that sound like a good idea. but rite now we are focusing on overhauling the factions first
