I noticed that the base party speed which started at 5 is now lower. I found a steam discussion where it was stated that the base speed drops down as result of some other speed modifiers that are not visible. Like size of the party or level of the troops.
Higher troop level would lower the base party speed. I guess it may have some sense as they get better and heavier gear, but at the same time they get higher athletics or even horses that should balance it out.
So it's just speculation or something true?
