Barter for Towns is verry bugged

right now when you reach trading the perk where you can trade towns catles in the barter you can trade all towns the character has and all his money for 1 gold total
i dont know if maybe another perks has effects too my charm and trading was pretty much maxed at this point

Also you can trade towns or castles for free.
