Bannerpage. . .Last Game?

Today I am starting up the new Bannerpage mod and it will probably be my last experience with the old game before Bannerlord comes out. Bannerpage advertises itself as the Native game "as it was meant to be". It seems a bit like Floris in that it is a combination of many mods as well as having some of its own features, but it has been a long time since Floris was updated. Bannerpage is letting me get one last fresh experience in Warband. Play with new troops, conquer all new castles (modder states that the AI pathing has been tested on them), see new town layouts (and discover new hidden treasure chests), and hire new companions all the while in an experience that "feels" very much like native. I think it is a great mod with which to send off the decade old game.

What is the last single player mod that you played for Warband? Are you playing a new game now as Bannerlord approaches? Have you stopped playing warband singleplayer because you can't stand to look at it anymore when you feel like Bannerlord is almost in your grasp?

I took a swing a warband in january, to give it a send off. cant fully remember what mod i played, but it was something like floris, but not floris, a compilation mod that added a ton of things to warbands systems. meant to go for the 4-6 achiements i dont have, but ended up not getting there. think i needed to rule all of calradia as a female and help a king lead a faction to dominance. then also cattle, never hearded cattle, i hate doing that

Yeah I played so long prior to getting the game on steam that I never really looked at the achievement, maybe that is something I will go for in Bannerlord.

Love diplomacy mod. It is generally what I think of when I think of the "base game" of warband. Besides PoP I probably play it the most.

In my opinion, PoP is one of the best modifications to Warband, but alas, I don’t really like fantasy, I love the Lord of the Rings universe, but this is my love since childhood, I prefer historical mods like "Rus 13-th Century" or "Sands of Faith"

I typically avoid the historic mods, but I could be missing out on some great fun. Since there is only a month left until bannerlord I doubt I will get to experience if there are any fantastic historic mods that came out since I want to try out Bannerpage. I should definitely give them a try in Bannerlord though when they re-emerge with the prettier more UI friendly game.

I had been playing Lords of Calradia for a couple weeks. Lots of good ideas, lots of things to exploit once you figure the mod out, you can trash the AI kings very easily once you get going.

Tried Bannerpage for a bit but it seems kinda bloated and like mostly stuff from other mods crammed together, plus a few annoying features to turn off asap and nerfs to stuff I like in native, which is always bad and never ever good. Don't you ****ing mess with my sarranid war horse. Bad horses = bad mods.

Today I started a game of Diplomacy v4.litdum, seems a nice enhanced native so far, though there's a bit too many trees on some battle maps for my taste and the woman player character makes full on porno moans when she's hit. Seriously, it seems like this refined, classy mod then you take an axe to the head and it's all aaaaah....ooooh OOOOOOO OH! mmmmmm
WTF?
I do like that the sword sister so far all have helmets.

I wish all mods would let you always ask to guild master for a different quest. I know how to change it myself but I don't see how modders make all these other changes but neglect the little QOL stuff.

One of the things I am looking forward to in Bannerlord will be the quests. When I first started playing warband I did quests, but I almost never do them anymore. I am hoping for some different stuff in the new game, I already like that there are multiple people in towns to get quests from and that you can get better troops by doing quests is a great feature. I saw in one gameplay vid out there a while back where you could champion a prisoner in a trial by combat. In the vid the guy never completed the quest but it was apparent there were at least 2 paths for it and I was wondering if you succeeded if you might get a companion.

Yeah Steam says i have like 618 hours in Warband, the truth is that i had more than 5000 hours before i put it on steam. So i had to go and "redo" alot of the achivements.
