Only a few conversations in warband have voice overs, such as "your money or your life", so whether a character dubbing will be added to bannerlord

I don't think it will happen. It would be too costly for TW and we haven't heard anything about a full dubbing.

Voice acting could be implement on scripted games like witcher or fallout. Because its depends on player interaction. For example in witcher 3 there is a cutscene which says you have to find ciri or Eredin get her in a matter of time, after the cutscene ends i slept with all the woman i came across and did tons of side quest. And that didn't change anything when i went to ciri because its scripted and there can be voice acting.

But in mount and blade even a simple question like "Where is x lord" needs lots of different answers. Or imagine talking with marshall and he says "We will attack x castle with y lord".Because its an unscripted game that doesn't wait for player interaction.

You need to dub every city with every lord combination which is pretty expensive and unnecessary.

This. You'd need to dub every single character, which isn't feasible given characters die and give birth to other characters. You'd end hearing the same voice repeated over so many people, which is IMO more off-putting than just not having voices.

I do believe they wanted to dub part of the campaign though, but that was long ago and might've been scratched.

They way the game works, it just wouldn't be possible, with new characters coming and old dying.

That is well.... it isn't with the feel of mount and blade having voiceovers, just feels weird.

There is voice acting in the game currently but it's only toggled in interactions (Like requesting an audience with an enemy leader/friendly leader/bandit group/so on.) Old characters dying off have no impact on new characters using similar voices, they're not dynamically changing and making entirely new voices with each character that dies. They're just going to be reusing what voices are available in game, but if you're asking if they'll read off everything in their dialogues then no they won't. They'll say a few scripted lines to make them feel a bit more alive than in Warband though.

i don't think it's possible at this time
it's same as saying making m&b full open world
not necessary and would bring more problems than immersion

It really doesn't make any sense for Mountain Blade to be voiced. Actually think about the conversations you have in Warband, and how unscripted they are.
