Finally, the end is near: No unimplemented perk effects, and only 3 bugs that I know of. We're getting close. As usual, if you encounter any perks that don't work as you expect, let me know in feedback. Sometimes I miss things.
Bug Fixes/Changes/Implementations:

• The entire Charm tree has been overhauled and implemented.
• One Handed: Corps-a-corps description corrected to Party Leader
• Two Handed: Baptised in Blood primary effect implemented (XP for party on 2H kills)
• Bow: Bulls Eye primary effect implemented (more ranged unit XP)
• Smithing: Experienced Smith and Steel Maker 3 now check if an item is actually good before giving relationship
• Smithing: Experienced Smith now correctly only gives a 10% chance for a fine weapon
• Smithing: Master Smith now correctly only gives a 10% chance for a masterwork weapon
• Smithing: Legendary Smith chance of legendary item is no longer capped at 50% and continues to increase with level
• Scouting: Keen Sight primary effect implemented (reduce sight penalty in forests)
• Scouting: Vanguard secondary effect fixed (increase simulated sally out damage)
• Roguery: In Best Light primary effect implemented (extra troops from forced notables)
• Roguery: Partners in Crime primary effect implemented (bandit parties always offer to join you)
• Roguery: One of the Family primary effect (bonus vigor/control) fixed to only apply to bandit troops
• Trade: Villager Connections renamed to Mercenary Connections
• Trade: Mercenary Connections secondary effect implemented (reduces wages of mercenary units)
• Trade: Self Made Man primary effect implemented (reduces barter penalty)
• Steward: Efficient Campaigner primary effect implemented (More food loot from raids)
• Steward: Logistician fixed to correctly calculate number of mounts
• Steward: Urban Developer has renamed to Master of Planning
• Steward: Master of Planning primary effect implemented (Reduce food consumed while sieging)
• Medicine: Siege Medic secondary effect implemented (Chance of no casualties when a siege engine is destroyed)
• Medicine: Health Advice secondary effect implemented (Wounded troops do not decrease morale in battles)
• Medicine: Battle Hardened secondary effect implmented (Chance of no casualties when siege defense equipment is destroyed for defenders)
• Engineering: Battlements primary effect implemented (Start siege camps with +1 pre-built ballista)
• Engineering: Metallurgy primary effect implemented (Looted equipment less likely to be in bad condition)

New Bugs:

• Medicine: Health Advice secondary effect does not use the party leader's perk if there isn't an assigned surgeon (most perks do)
• Charm: Self Promoter secondary effect will not function due to a bug
• Charm: Tribute primary effect will not function due to a bug

Believe it or not, I'm still alive! As I'm sure you can understand, I got burnt out on Bannerlord back in January and have not really had the energy to keep updating through 1.8 etc. The following is a list of changes from Beta v1.7.0 to Release 1.0.1. I want to thank all of the users who sent me feedback, whether it's kind words or bug reports. I do read them all eventually! A huge amount of the newly reported bugs are thanks to user feedback.
Website Changes

• Added level column in table view (except for mobile)
• Fixed missing (lock icon) perk icons and some typos

Bannerlord Fixes and Adjustments (from Beta 1.7.0 to 1.0.1)

• Two Handed: Show of Strength primary effect changed (Increases knockdown chance), but only the Sledgehammer can take advantage of this
• Polearm: Braced primary effect changed (Increases dismount chance)
• Polearm: Keep at Bay primary effect changed (Increases knock back chance)
• Polearm: Hard Knock primary effect changed (Increases knock down chance), but it seems like no polearms can take advantage of this
• Crossbow: Hammer Bolts primary effect changed (Allows dismounting with crossbows)
• Throwing tree tier rearrangement: Throwing: Perfect Technique was replaced by Throwing: Well Prepared, which is replaced by Throwing: Saddlebags, which is replaced by Throwing: Resourceful, which is replaced by Perfect Technique. Of these perks, functionality remained the same, except Well Prepared which recieved a buff to party ammunition.
• Bugs fixed for Charm: Self Promoter and Charm: Tribute.
• Change to loyalty gain mechanics for Charm: Parade.
• Steward: Price of Loyalty effects reduced slightly.
• Medicine: Health Advice secondary effect now correctly works for the party leader if no surgeon is assigned.

Newly Reported Bugs (Most pre-existing in 1.7.0)

• One Handed: Cavalry secondary effect is unimplemented.
• Two Handed: Strong Grip adds +0.1% better handling instead of +10%.
• Crossbow: Mighty Pull uses the Bow skill for calculating its reload speed increase.
• Riding: Sweeping Wind primary effect does not work due to a bug.
• Scouting: Forest Kin primary effect will usually trigger even if you do not have 75% infantry.
• Tactics: Gens d'armes secondary effect will multiply other security bonuses by 1.01 instead of adding a flat +1 security.
• Roguery: Fleet Footed secondary effect will multiply escape chance by 30 instead of 1.3.
• Leadership: Inspiring Leader secondary effect will multiply formation troop experience by 5 instead of 1.05.
• Steward: Contractors primary effect does not seem to be implemented for upgrade costs.
• Engineering: Improved Tools secondary effect adds +5 flat damage for formation troops instead of multiplying it by 1.05.
• Engineering: Masterwork will use the party leader's engineering level in the calculation, even if there is an assigned Engineer.
• Steward: Gourmet primary effect triples variety morale boost instead of doubling it
• Many governor garrison wage reduction perks only affect towns, not castles, so language was added to the code analyses to clarify that. I am not quite sure if this is a bug or not.
