In Progress Bannerlord does not open

For the past 4 months bannerlord did not work for me.
I had hopep that this would be fixed, and I tried to do some things that could help, but nothing did yet.
the problem:
The bannerlord application instantly closes when you try to open it.
What I tried so far:
- delete the game and download again
- open bannerlord.native.exe instead of the steam application, this had some results, I was able to play the game, but I can't save the game, so everytime I play I would have to start all over again.
- update BIOS
- update drivers

My setup:
CPU: ryzen 5 2600
GPU: RX 580 8GB
RAM: 16 GB
