Are you crashing when you are trying to launch the game? Or the game crashes after the launch?
How to Reproduce:start game on version 1.7
Are you somehow launching the game on e1.0.7 version? How did you do that? It is normal for that version to crash.

Yes my game crashes after i press start

i checked my version it says its v1.0.3.9055
 
Hi again, could you try verifying the game files on Gamepass PC?
  1. Open the Xbox app for Windows.
  2. In My Library, select the game title.
  3. Select the More options () button and choose Manage.
  4. Select Files and then Verify and repair.
 
Unfortunately, the logs we got did not shed any light on the issue. To pinpoint where the game crashed could you capture a video of your desktop while trying to launch the game? And after crashing while launching could you send us the launcher_log_xxx.txt file as well?
You can find that file in the pathway below. Please note that the ProgramData is a hidden folder by default.

My launch attempt is pretty much identical to Blitzy's video
 
At the moment it turns out the callstack or the logs sadly did not help to understand the issue on our side. We will try to reproduce this on our end next week. We are sorry for not being able to fix or find a solution that helps you at this moment.
 
Another user who was experiencing this issue solved the issue by uninstalling gaming services and deleting its data from regedit while backing his Windows up. Could you also try this?
Uninstalling gaming services, and deleting from regedit with backing my windows helped

To understand more about this issue we need you to download the Dependency Walker program. This program (dependency walker) shows the required DLL's of any program. It will help us if the problem is due to a missing DLL issue. You can download it here.
After the download open the program, click on to file and then paste this folder way to the address bar

Find and select TaleWorlds.Native.dll file. Then you can press Save and send us the output via the ticket system.
To send us a ticket, please visit the www.taleworlds.com site and login to your forum account from the top right. Click on "My Account" and then click on "My Open Tickets". You can create a ticket there and include the save file as well as the forum link of this thread. You can find more info about how to upload files to us with the new ticketing system here. Could you guys also try to delete the C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord folder and try to launch the game again?

Deleting didnt work but i've sent the native dll
 
I am also having the same issue. Getting the same type error code once I launch the game on Gamepass. Unfortunately I can't submit a ticket yet. I am guessing it is because I just created this account?

Right after a 30GB update it just started to give me the 0xc0000005 code.
