Hello, I am Actually really liking the game so far but Im using a few mods in my Playthrough and sometimes during large Battles my game will freeze up for a second or Two and then Crash No error I came here to ask around to see if we could Pinpoint the Mod causing the crash or if anyone had any useful advice Below is my modlist. Well obviously removing mods until your battles are stable, but if you're looking for quick resolution maybe someone has similar problems ?

What was the last mod you added when crashes happened ?

Yes thats Kinda why i started this forum to see if anyone has also been using any of my mods above and experienced the same problem to help narrow down the list. And tbh Well I kinda Just added them all started playing for a while then the crashes started happening like every battle.

So i tried out that better exceptionWindow mod and it gave me a bunch of Crashes files which ones would i look at to figure out the Problem Mod?

When you crash you get a window with information regarding the crash. The reason is what went wrong, won't tell you much unless you can program. The call stack shows the functions leading up to the crash. If a mod crashes, usually one or more of its functions show up in the callstack.

Example:
at System.Data.DataTable.Compute(String expression, String filter)
at SkillEffectFormula.Formula.Calculate(Single skillLevel, Single bonus)
at SkillEffectFormula.SEFSubModule.GetSkillEffectTextFormula(String& __result, SkillEffect effect, Int32 skillLevel)
at DMD?31163653::GetSkillEffectText_Patch1>(SkillEffect effect, Int32 skillLevel)
at TaleWorlds.CampaignSystem.ViewModelCollection.CharacterDeveloper.SkillVM.CreateLists()
at TaleWorlds.CampaignSystem.ViewModelCollection.CharacterDeveloper.SkillVM.InitializeValues()

TaleWorlds. are from the normal dlls, SkillEffectFormula. is from a mod. So if you see a mods name in the call stack, it is likely responsible for the crash. Then you can either remove the mod and your game should work or notify the modder of the crash.

You may have a conflict with my First person view tweak (another user on the mod page has pleasantly warned me about it).
Try this:

Fix: in the mod's submodule.xml there is the line "<XmlName id="Monsters" path="monsters"/>" . Make the capital M lowercase.
I hope this is it and that your crash is solved, otherwise I can't tell you...

You may have a conflict with my First person view tweak (another user on the mod page has pleasantly warned me about it).
Try this:

I hope this is it and that your crash is solved, otherwise I can't tell you...
Thanks Ill have to look into this :smile:
