I just released version 0.1.0 of my project Banner Generator
This is mostly for mod developers
It allows you to dynamically create simple banners or with patterns of symbols (Repeat for x/y axis, Cross, Circle, etc..) and offers more options than what exists in the game libraries at the moment.
Go check it out and please let me know if it doesn't work for you.
I will be maintaining/updating it regularly and adding docs.
Note: Not all possible Meshes/Colours/Patters are supported at the moment.
