Banned

Hey admins,

So, i got banned last patch on one server, due to a one-time joke-tk of one of the admins.

Now, with the release of the latest patch, it seems that i am banned permanently from all US servers.

Any chance of a reversal of this?

Hm. That's strange -- I was under the impression that bans were reset whenever the servers were.

Can you remember which admin it was, and was alden your nick at the time?

So, I opened this up, hoping to chastise a n00b.
Instead, I see a reasonable request, and a reason why I have not seen you on.

Was on US battle server 3 at the time. Shortly after i couldn't get into Server 2, as it displayed that i was banned there, as well, even though i don't believe i've commited another "offense."

i could still get on the other servers, but once the latest patch was released, i can't get on any US servers.

That doesn't sound like a ban. Do you see the US Servers? Any error messages or similar when you try to join?

Heh, the problem may be this: is .672 even on US servers yet?

Yeah.  I was playing it earlier.

The bans should have reset after the server restarts, but even if not unless someone went on each server *while you were on* and banned you from them I can't see how you'd end up not being able to get into any of them. Can you get into any servers?

You've used "start search" to refresh the server cache, right?

I've refreshed, and used "Start Search." The only servers I can get into are non-US :\

Oh hell. Now I feel sorry for it.

You said you would, and I warned you not to, but you did anyways. Apparently the servers don't want to leave it at that, so now they're being troublesome.

This needs to be fixed. I'm sorry for the trouble, Alden.
