Anyway, I recently kicked 'A_Hundred_Boners' twice or thrice after warning him to change his name due to it being inappropriate. The first was after the 30 second time limit I imposed passed without any action on his part, and the other (or perhaps other 2) was after he immediately rejoined with the same name. Honestly, players should be able to comfortably reference other players. I was preparing to kick 'A_Hundred_Boners' again after he rejoined once more when he called me an f***ing moron and left on his own accord. Fun stuff.

Ya, they're both inside jokes with my friend. I changed it because black taco could be perceived as racial. I just wanted something that no one would ever say normally

Well I think we may have to change it from Filthy Trough as well, as it comes up rather commonly in normal conversation. Haven't you ever heard the expression, "Watch out for that filthy trough!"

Unaccustomed as I was, I visited a US server for 22nd vs. nK clan match, training to play with 150 ping I find out few really weird things..

1. US players curse and taunt each other constantly and behave very rudely towards each other. I almost kicked several people in under 10min but they calmed down pretty quickly and to my surprise several decent players were praising me and saying stuff like "I like this admin." I was thinking if FF had come back, there were several dudes trying to troll with CAPITALISED IN_GAME NAMES, it had a short three letter tag in it which I can't remember right now. Oh yeah and the players started about 20 'kick a player' polls in two maps.
2. Most of them just rush into every situation they can and die pretty quickly.
3. The skill level seems to be way lower for reasons unknown. Could be that I just happened to stop by in a server where the players were new, I suppose that TW let new people from the US into the beta. I was killing people left and right with ease and in situations I wouldn't normally do on EU servers. Weird.

I was there too and I fully agree, it seems like these US players behave like there are no schools in their country, no one ever taught them to be polite ?
The tag you are looking for is KOI (like the fish) and their capitalized names are always something around the KOI carp fish.

Well how we can be 100% sure that they are FF? Sure they have something common but still.. If they really didn't do anything, I wouldn't have banned them straightaway without any reason to do so..

Did they do anything? I hope so, so that the ban would be justified..

What I based my decision off of.

I was in the server with them yesterday or the day before that when they announced they were FF. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them be. Today, a couple of their buddies had been spamming taunts in caps earlier and voting for kicks on me and people that killed them, so they clearly haven't learned their lesson; I got rid of them too. I'm not going to take the time to find out which of their aliases are more "docile" than their other ones. They made their own bed choosing to associate with each other.

If by some miracle the one fellow was running around with koi in his name purely by coincidence then I guess I owe him an apology. Unlikely though since the other koi poster in that thread I linked was registered today just to post.

I'm going to sleep now, fighting off a flu bug.

What we stated is that last night was pretty tense and loaded in insult and I was not used of that !

You're sure it's not the KOI bug? It's a recent mutation of another virus.

While I don't have much experience dealing with FF members and their aliases, I'd say their continuous provocation warrants shoot-on-sight. Well, kick/ban-on-sight for us admins.
