Not unlikely, and easily verifiable from the logs. He seems to be on some kind of spree, and trying to avoid admin response by constant nick switches.
One way to catch him out could be to cross-check all the nicks he's used. Note the ones that don't match the IDs of other players, and as soon as one of those shows up, ban it. Might also be good if everyone went undercover on a new, anonymous profile, to avoid spooking him.
And I guess if you see someone start randomly TKing everybody, regardless of nick, just go ahead and ban the guy.

Unfortunately he didn't pay attention to the names but there were some ban polls for him.

Banned IMABLACKURNOT from EU FnD server.. Team killing, swearing, general trolling.
Got a nice feedback from the other players for watching and 'admining' the server in disquise though. Really cheered me up for some odd reason, it's been a long time since there's been trouble on the EU servers.

If you see him in game intentionally TKing at all, just ban him, he's been warned.
Should have banned him outright. Dairy doesn't get warnings anymore. He forfeited the privilege of being warned when he ran with the FF pack.
If I see him **** up I won't bother with a warning. I'll probably ban him before his victim gets to ask why they just died.

no arguments here. I decided to be lenient to avoid another potential controversy, but his welcome certainly has ran thin

I suppose this isn't my place, but I've seen Dairy on a number of occasions and he hasn't tried to start anything with anyone. He would just come in, I'd greet him, he'd greet me, then he'd play a few rounds, and leave. I'm a less experienced admin than you all, so I don't know his history, but even back then when I played with him, he didn't cause anything really. Usual trash talk between players, typical stuff. So I'm thinkin' he really only tries to get on people's nerves when he knows there's an admin? I don't know, just my input.
basically put destin: he's had a very long history of causing problems, impersonating other people, and trolling. Recently as I stated earlier in this thread, I also go complaints emailed to me about intentional TKing, which the server logs confirmed. He's at the end of the rope right now.
If you see him intentionally TK someone, regardless of whatever excuse he may have, he should be banned.

Ah okay. Alright then, I guess I really am just too lenient. lol And no, it wouldn't change the punishment.
In Field by the River, some players were abusing the village roofs as archers and damaging the gameplay for enemy infantry and cavalry. After discussing with Destin, we determined to disallow it. I gave a warning and subsequently kicked a few players who had ignored it. The problem seems to have cleared up.
