Baned from NW_Official_NA_1 Admin

I was banned from NW_Official_NA_1 about two weeks ago. I tked a person repeatedly because he kept getting on front of me and blocking my shots. I started to just tk him before he could block my shot and waist my time. I was wondering if I could be unbaned? Thank you.
