Bandit's toundra Hideout is it missing ?

Hi,

The Bandit's toundra hideout is missing. I can not locate the hideout of the Bandit's toundra near Kundan or Rivacheg. Even when I use the cheat code "Ctrl T" I do not see anything appear on the screen. This quest gives 3000 experience points. If anyone knows the solution it will be really good. Thanks.
