In Progress Bandit prisoner bug

Summary: Bandits with prisoner vanish if they surrender. Fighting them and one get them. But sometimes when they surrender they just seem to vanish.
And sometimes when one fight multiple bandits and not the main party have prisoners they vanish.
How to Reproduce: Hunt them down
