Bandit Parties (size and strength)

So far bandit parties seem to be nerfed from the older version (Which I am very grateful for . No more 400 black khergit horsemen with 3000 prisoners)

My questions:
What is the min and max number of bandit parties (for each bandit faction) at any one time?
Is this player level dependent?
What's the min and max size of a bandit party?
Is this level dependent?

The values for bandit party sizes are typically set in stone between a range. Anything above that range means they got to recruit prisoners.

Minimum, I don't know. But they are frightening stories of bandit parties with more than 2000 men... Beware!

According to Morgh's editor, minimum bandit party size is 8;10 for sea riders and 6 for looters. As people said, size is level-dependent, so max size is not constant.

Thanks. It's more a rule of thumb. I hunt badits for prisoners. Its just so I know when to stop.
