Arrows are OP ATM. Always bring shields.
The reason bandits are sleeping is because it's NIGHT. I can see an option of attacking with your entire force during the day, but it would be a chase scenario, where the bandits would be feeling.
Them packing up and leaving would be a quest failure...or at least a half-finished one? For half the rewards I guess?
And charging with 100 men every single time isn't? Honestly, I find small squad fights a refreshing change.
