Comment: Admin (Yuki) ,which was on at the time, and saw this but couldnt act due to the player (Rec_Vicktor_82nd_AB) Leaving before Yuki could act.

Ill not ban someone for a single teamkill, even if it is a tk and run, it could be an accident and rage quit. Reviewing his performance throughout the day I don't see any other instance where Vicktor teamkilled a player.
