What he did: He tkd two people at spawn then disconnected, I don't have evidence of the disconnection but it would be in the logs.

Edit: Actually I think when his name just randomly popped up that's the evidence of the disconnection, sorry new to logs.

If a guy leaves or switches teams while he is alive, it will show a headshot symbol next to his name as he "kills" himself.(of course in the full screen logs in game they don't show  you what killed a person) Hope this helps you understand the logs a little better.
