Notes:

This dude would stay behind people and shoot them in the back.
He personally shot me a couple of times. First one at spawn, and the other one while I was going somewhere.

He basically just ran around the map and shot teammates randomly. He stopped doing this when people started to say "Take screenshots".

I don't know if this is considered a pardon, If he decided to stop? But however, I felt that I had to report this (As I've promised the players that I'd do).
