Name of offending player: grandhis_ballsack
Nature of offense: grandhis was playing sapper alongside myself for a while--he did not seem to have any bad intentions. In what seemed like an act of boredom (he soon disconnected), he teamkilled two teammates with an explosive crate then proceeded to attack a third teammate, who was able to successfully defend himself. The first screenshot shows the aftermath of his actions with the offender in the center of the screen (unfortunately I wasn't close enough to get his name to show up) where the second shows him swinging his sapper axe at the third teammate (again, unable to acquire a name because I was not close enough).
