I switched server, the first logs are from Pirate Battle 1, basically Snickers teamkilled me as soon as I entered NW Official EU 1

He was temporarily banned for his offences and there is no reason to ban him permanently.

Spartan and a Corporal in his noob regiment were trying to teamkill just as much, it's just they fail at shooting and melee, hence they didn't kill..
