(Balance)(Quests) "Training Villagers" & "Bring me [number] of these [type] troops" are BROKEN

After getting villagers to train, you cannot do it normally with training camps like in Warband, so I am forced to kill looters.
Not to mention the party speeds make me go around running for a single party of looters across a third of the map, but if you get one of those "borrowed" troops killed, you can't replace them, as far as I have seen, even if engaging with small parties (12v10 as an example). All that needs to happen is to get a bit unlucky and the quest is failed.

The lord's "Bring me troops" quest is also likely very hard to do in most cases. I got the quest of getting 4 archers to the lord. The 2nd tier archers from Battania.
I only had 1 in my party already, and then went ahead and checked the ENTIRE Battanian Kingdom and also rechecked again over the course of the 30 days, only to find a single archer, therefore, failing the quest.

Do fights, your soldiers level up over time (although ittakes a lot of fighting in bannerlord)

I did a train quest and noticed too late that prisoners and such decrease map speed. anyway i got 7 soldiers out of the 10 trained but didnt get back to the town in time. I failed the quest. i went back to the town and spoke to the questgiver but he didnt take back his soldiers. so now i still have his borrowed soldiers. thats got to be a bug.

My understanding is that the common Battania volunteers don't become archers. You need the highborn for that and I've only managed to recruit one so far.

Exactly, You rarely even find them, and if you do, they are locked behind a relationship wall anyway so you won't get to level up your status with the village that has them. By the time you do that, they will likely be taken by lords that got there first.

I noticed that in trying to train 10 borrowed troops, they don't get exp unless you auto-resolve battles. There doesn't seem to be any exp share function across your party. Meaning that you actually have to make them fight, and die and failing the quest outright.
I killed over 200 looters during that train troop mission and still only manage to get 7/10 and he refuses to accept any amount less.
The leadership training perk didn't help AT ALL.

I was tasked to recruit 6 Vlandian Gallants for the Vlandian King and garrison them in his castle (Talibut Castle or something). I spent 28 days searching, recruiting and chasing boring-a** looters to upgrade the troops without losing any, got to the castle just in time, only to be told the king doesn't want me to enter and they'll shoot me if I come any closer.

So I waited a bit, the king even came inside the castle, I asked to speak to him and he did, but I didn't have an option to complete the mission either, only to say I'm still searching.

Failed the mission in the end.

10/10 I got trolled by the king...

best chance of not failing these quests is to let it do a companion of yours. u need to have specific skills on that companion tho
