First of all, I'd like to add myself to those people who are eternaly grateful for this mod. There re no words good enough to express how awesome it is and I have spent many happy hours enjoing the incredible world the Dev. Team has made.

Still there is one thing I want to clarify. I dont know if this was asked before or posted somwhere - if it was, I failed to find it =) And somehow I have noticed it only recently.

The baggage trains you can order in your town or castle. As far as I understand they are some kind of food. They give +30 morale like other kinds of food do, and it is displayed in variety of food bonus. But - Right now I have like 12 of them in my inventory and I have noticed one strange thing. The "recent events" morale plus or minus is almost always at zero, despite of any events. The game keeps saying that party gains morale from victories or parties at my castle, but the "recent events" morale still reamins Zero. As well, as soon as I gathered 400+ men in my party to battle heretics - Tada! - the "recent events" morale was at +99! and while the "number of troops" gave -400 morale, overall morale remained +99.

So I would like to know what theese baggage trains realy do. Does one single baggae train give like infinite morale, or do their +30 morale bonuses stack somehow? Or is it completely another thing, like this happens because im the mighty and glorious King and my troops will love me forever?  :D

They should simply add +30 to food bonus. The bonus doesn´t stack. More than one baggage train won´t affect the food bonus.

HOWEVER - important: me suspects - the game keeps track of troops morale if you garrison troops. This means if you garrison a load of 30 Knights at excellent morale ten times in a row and pick them up lateron you should have excellently moraled troopers despite having had a e.g low moraled party of 14 ragged bandits.
If they were average when you deposited them, you should get average troops if you take them out.

On the other hand, it could well be the morale report is utterly spoiled. It used to be though I think I recall MV/SD fixed it. It´s one of these nasty thingies. Just be glad your 400 men army stays confident in your supreme leadership and hails you all day long.

Yeah. They love you for beeing the Mighty and Glorious King of Blood, Gore, Taxes and Free Beer for Comrades in Arms.

I think one does the same as a dozen - it is really as much as anything a  convenience to the player, so that he won't run out of food during a siege.  Stacking a dozen is probably excessive and won't increase morale, unless your army is really, really large - in which case you may want a couple when you are starting a siege.  It may well be that stacking that many caused a bug in your morale.  Morale is related to both the food supply variety and to the number of troops.  You won't get more morale than +30 for food no matter how many you keep in inventory.

Thank you for the reply  :). That solves the question. Yet again - increadible mod. I wish you all the luck and help of the world to develop it further  :D

I never knew this. I always carried a baggage train + several different food varieties, which seriously limited my inventory space. If you can't get more than +30 from food variety, and baggage train gives you 30, then food becomes obsolete once you have a few towns. Just carry 2 baggage trains all the time, and never run out of food, with max morale bonus. Almost seems too easy. lol

No, it's definetely not that way =) I have all kind of food in my inventory, and a bagage train, and everything gives me +93 food variety morale bonus. I think Fawzia meant that 2 bagage trains won't give you double bonus, like 2 pices of meat wont give you +14 bonus (As far as I remember dried meat gives +7...). The whole Food bonus is maxed at +100 I think. Though would be greate if there were some additional ways to boost the morale =)

Right - each kind of food gives a morale bonus - multiples of any kind of food don't give more morale - same with baggage trains.  Meaning you don't have to carry but 1 bread, or 1 apples or 1 wine, etc.  More don't give more bonuses.  If you have a lot of troops, it is good to carry the food items as well as a couple of the baggage trains to a siege - that's what we intended the baggage trains to be used for, so you don't run out of food while hanging about sieging, if you have to follow a marshal or something like that.
