Resolved Badges Are Infinitesimally Small

Summary: *Again another small thing*
Badges are unnecessarily small, there is so much more space for the badges to be shown and they are extremely tiny. It is hard to tell whether it is from either captain or skirmish, and not to mention the numbers are relatively hard to read. The screenshots are even harder to read then the original, all in all just small for no reason as there is room enough for the badges to be enlarged.

+ it would be nice to have the ability to select the already unlocked badges (e.g.: I have 500 EA wins badge, but I am unable to select any badge before that --> like 250 wins, 100 wins etc)
