She has a fair point, there's far too many girls out there who have kids in their late teens or early twenties and are far too thick to realise that children require support, stability and investment.
Call me old fashioned but I don't want kids until I'm 28+, with a house/car/stable relationship. Then I can invest in my child properly, because when you do have a kid a lot of your life is taken up providing the best for their future.
Which is also why more girls should take it in the ass.

I never find dead baby jokes amusing and don't get people who do. One of my friends recently miscarried and I tell you that its NOTHING to joke about. EVER.

RE the 20thC, teenage pregnancy and childbirth prior to marriage wasn't something to be proud of. Naturally in centuries before girls would get up the duff at 12 and be married to perverts three times their age, but that's before Victorian standards.

Maybe for the woman, the proletariat usually had children at a younger age and prior to the 20thC the others shopped around and did Grand Tours.
Either way, my point is regarding teenage pregnancy which was looked down upon, the ref to 28 is my ideal age for settling in the 21C.
